Stattdessen versuchen wir eine telefonische Beratung durchzuf\u00fchren. Wir werden Sie daf\u00fcr per Telefon anrufen. Die exakte Uhrzeit kann dabei aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden nicht immer eingehalten werden, sollte aber in einem Zeitfenster von ca. einer Stunde eingehalten werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ein pers\u00f6nlicher Termin (telefonisch oder pers\u00f6nlich) ist notwendig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bei geplanter ambulanter Operation \/ Narkose<\/li>\n<li>bei Fragen zu Voruntersuchungen, Risiko, Kosten\u00fcbernahme<\/li>\n<li>bei besonderen Vorerkrankungen, Fragen, W\u00fcnschen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach M\u00f6glichkeit sollte dieser Termin ca. 5-10 Tage vor der Operation liegen.<br \/>\nBei diesem Gespr\u00e4ch muss der Patient anwesend sein, evtl. der gesetzliche Vertreter und die Person, die nach der Operation \/ Narkose die Betreuung \u00fcbernehmen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Terminbuchung k\u00f6nnen Sie durch eine Registrierung ein Benutzerkonto anlegen. In diesem Fall werden wir Ihnen eine Terminbest\u00e4tigung per Email zusenden.
